Somebody left the bunker door unlocked and Big Dick Cheney escaped. Using all the intellect he possessed, Big Dick decided to visit San Francisco, a town he figured would greet him with open arms. Well, Big Dick figured wrong....
First, Big Dick held a press conference surrounded by his supporters.
When Big Dick wasn't looking, one of San Francisco's finest slipped the chains on him.
Even while under arrest, Big Dick still accepted donations from his supporters. Has he no shame? Well....no!
