Bald Mountain used by the Lincoln County Sheriff Department?

The table below is from the  Nevada Emergency Response Plan. The interesting thing to note is a repeater is indicated to be located on Tickaboo/Bald (sic). There is no repeater on Tikaboo Peak, but Bald Mountain , located in the Area 51 restricted range, is loaded with communications gear. An FCC document search for the transmitter frequency of 154.86MHz in Lincoln County does indicate that it is used by mobile units, generally referred to as a "talk around" frequency. However, the Emergency Response Plan  indicates an input frequency of 155.535MHz being used, which would imply that a repeater is present. The table below uses "loc" to indicate "talk around" frequencies. Note that a "point radius" search on Bald Mountain turned up no civilian licenses.
