This mailbox has nothing to do with Area 51. However, lots of people think that it does, hence the lock on the box to keep the curious from stealing the rancher's mail. [A federal offense!] While Mailbox Road can be used to enter the front gate of Area 51, I would suggest just using the Groom Road instead. Mailbox Road is in very poor shape. The surface is so rough you may end up losing parts of your vehicle on the way. For completeness I have included all four sides of the mailbox. The good news for Steve Medlin is there is so much graffiti on the box that no one else can add to it.
