Torrid Tikaboo Tales

Before one is allowed to climb Tikaboo Peak,  it is necessary to prove you are worthy. A sacred ceremony is performed in the parking area right before the front gate of Area 51. During the ceremony, this parking lot is known as "the proving ground."  A fire is built from wood swiped near the border of Area 51, which is sacred not only due to it's proximity to the border but also due to it's radioactivity. [Note: chopping down Joshua trees isn't cool. The BLM considers them to be "protected."] The subject, to prove his or her worth,  has to jump the flames without catching fire. To encourage the truth-seeker, Norio Hayakawa, seen in the background,  plays the Door's classic "Light My Fire." Much like the events at the Bohemain Grove, this ceremony is quite secret. However, a camera was smuggled into the area and this photograph was taken.

For those who are worthy, they may make the final assent to Tikaboo Peak. My advice is don't look down.
