CV-22 at the Tonopah Test Range
A CV-22
showed up on 8./29/2006. The flight path did not appear to be along the
TTR path for cinema theodolite photography. The only distinctive
thing I noted about the CV-22 was that it is extremely quiet.
This photograph is just to prove that yes, indeed, the CV-22 was at the
TTR. Those are the old F-117a hangars in the background.
Hey, this isn't an airshow. This is the best shot I got.
Ok, maybe, just maybe, I was spotted. The camera wasn't tilted to take this shot. That was the angle the plane was flying.
