Warm Springs Repeater Site
The Warm Springs repeater site has views of both Basecamp and the Tonopah Test Range.

at the bottom of the image is the VOR navigation aid, runway, NDB
navigation aid, and the base itself. In the lower right hand
corner are "crop circles". 
The Tonopah Test Range is about 32 miles away. Since you can get within
14 miles fromother locations, the repeater site isn't really a viewing
location for the base.

This device is probably a radar threat.
The site is secured by a fence and probably has to be manned to be operated.
I don't think this camera is for security. A pan/tilt/zoom would be required for the site.
